My time at the college was a truly great experience, offering significant opportunities for professional development. I valued the ability to advance to an administrative assistant, showcasing the organization's commitment to internal growth. A standout aspect was the incredible team dynamic; working with such a supportive and collaborative group made every day fulfilling. The positions themselves were inherently fulfilling, and the great benefits offered by the college were a considerable advantage, demonstrating a strong investment in employee well-being.

Cons

There were areas that could certainly be improved. The primary challenge encountered was weak leadership, which at times created a lack of clear direction and cohesion. This was often compounded by insufficient training, particularly when transitioning into new roles or taking on more complex responsibilities, which could leave employees feeling unprepared.
