Pros

There are lots of good places to eat in Cupertino but now they are moving to a wasteland near Moffet and Highway 101. Good play for n00b college kids that don't know any better.

Cons

Most people quit within one year of employment.. The RSUs are back-loaded to 80% of the vesting in years 3 and 4. Nobody can actually last that long in this turd company so they just find a better job and quit. Agree with other comments here about politics, toxic culture and poor benefits. I will take the next job out of here as will many others.

Pros

Advanced technologies and a lot of cool projects are in development. Strong feeling that Amazon is shaping the future.

Cons

Men dominate teams and form their own team within a team. They don't discuss projects with women engineers. It's hard for women to get involved because there is so little information. Although the company wants women to have equal opportunities as men inside the company, however, it's hard to push through. There is no chance for them to shine.

Cons

You will work like slave. 12-15 hrs a day very cheap company no free food they will give you shares which will bind you to company for atleast 4 years. first 2 years you will get only 20% of them food in cafeteria sucks big time and is expensive food even during events is bad managers promote people based on experience rather than performance no work life balance fast moving and no time to solve or be creative
