Pros

People externally want to talk to you. Pay is good Some people at Amazon are so clever and kind (they are few) Travel

Cons

This company is pretty hollow and many people working at Amazon have lost a bit of their soul. Managers don’t often care about their team. Senior people order juniors around like they are slaves People not celebrating other’s success Competitive atmosphere Lack of trust with people you work with Not enough information to understand why decisions have been made
