      Don’t buy what they’re selling

      Pros

      Opportunity to care for patients when they most need and appreciate it. Most patients receiving hospice care are so grateful. Obvious reality of what not to look for in a company.

      Cons

      Lack of support to all employees. Unrealistic work load for STNA’s LPN’s and RN Case Managers. RN documentation expectation was ridiculous. Every single day in my RN Case Management position, work was brought home to complete. The 40 hour work week they claim is more like 70hours (a salary position)

      Flexible schedule, fair pay scale

      Cons

      All that matters is the bottom dollar. The person doing the job is not important, especially field staff, no matter how loyal you are or how long you have been with the company...we are just dollar signs. Just a number to the bosses.

      Somewhat flexible schedule. Helpful scheduler. Great patients

      Cons

      Far too many of the easier cases are given to case managers leaving other RNs and LPNs with less cases than promised. DOO turns a blind eye to her Case Manager friends and specific favored nurses taking all the cake work. Even though most of the nurses are under quota the Medford office continues to hire new nurses,Something is wrong here. Scheduelers are so overworked/
