Pros
Excellent patient care from very caring and skilled clinicians. They always make every effort to ensure care is provided according to regulations and is ethical.
Cons
Work load and productivity expectations are unrealistic and not achievable without complete burn out of the clinicians and management staff therefore leading to a very high turnover rate. This causes even more stress on the clinicians and management. Orientation is limited and often ineffective therefore sets up both field staff and those in management positions for failure from the beginning. Regional and Corporate management does not always support care center management and expectations are unrealistic especially when there is turnover in the care center requiring the director or clinical manager to perform multiple full time positions without further assistance.
