      Pros

      Never a dull moment when working in home health. The visits were diverse and I really enjoyed the home health setting. The pay was good and included mileage.

      Cons

      When hired they state "5 visits minimum per day, beyond that you get to choose how many visits you want" which is a lie. I would easily have 10-13 on my schedule with 100 miles drive for the day and management's response was "It is what it is. I don't have any help for you. Be thankful you have a job"

      Revolving door of managers and staff No thought put into changing insurance market Insist on same Medicare numbers or more be brought in as two years ago, arbitrary Medicare quotas Negative, horrible daily calls Poor care of patients , while pushing for more business even though they know full well it cannot be staffed

      This is a TOXIC company! RUN! The so called senior management team is a cult who are so concerned about numbers and growth that they bypass the the meaning of hospice. They DON’T care about anything but themselves and numbers. This is apparent by the number of resignations on a weekly basis.
