decent pay even without any medical degrees, though not many career opportunities without one most of the care center staff really do care about the patients and each other, which makes for a decent work environment. "most" great benefits and 401k

Cons

corporate only cares about numbers and money, no matter how many times they say it's all about the patients half of my time off requests were denied because "only one person was allowed to be off", though we had help all over the country every single day with the position i was working in, which lead to major burnout. i had to work on several important family occasions such as my sister's graduation, visiting family for births and other life events, and even just regular mental health days. it was easier to just call out than to give notice you wanted to be off. basically whatever management says, goes, and if you think something is wrong and you want to have a discussion about it, they would just keep repeating "this is the process" or "this is how it's been for so and so long"

Turnover with executive leadership was an issue. Things might have improved since I left.

Good pay, excellent clinical team.

Cons

Micromanaged every thing from how long it takes to go from client to client, to if your working in office your required to let manager know when your going to bathroom due to thats considered personal time, new director every year with new rules. heavy schedules, excepted to add more. There is no work life balance.
