I only worked there for about 3 months and it was horrible. Lack of leadership and communication was the worst part. Things were constantly changing with no explanation and you never knew day to day what you were going to have to do. During staff meeting no employees really talked to each other and there was no team comradery. There is no work/life balance due to the amount of charting that needs to be done. It seems that quantity over quality is what matters most. I was excited when I started this job but it quickly turned into me dreading going to work everyday.
