      Pros

      No pros. You’d think with this type of job your position would be slightly flexible but it wasn’t. They micromanaged all the way to the very last second.

      Cons

      -micro-managed -unethical practices -keep patients on service well beyond what’s needed or justifiable and expert you to cover it and reprimand if you don’t -inequalities across the pay scale in every job category

      Competitive pay, Good benefits, Fantastic patients

      Cons

      Worst management (Director, Regional AVP, HR) ever. Very unprofessional behaviors allowed within this office. Lost three very competent nurses within weeks due to disrespectfulness and reported unethical (illegal?) tampering of documentation by DOO.
