- Left a very good job to come here only for it to not work out a few weeks later. - Company culture feels rigid, cold, uninviting, lonely, impersonal and not very friendly. - There is no structured or organized on-boarding orientation. - HR is fairly scattered in their approach to assisting with questions. Expect to be shuffled back and forth between multiple resources before obtaining a good answer. - The report generating systems and expense reporting system looks and functions as if it was created in the late 1980's. - The IT department is outsourced and there is not a budget to invest in quality lead systems engineers that can help with more robust internal systems functioning. - Not worth the money. Do not take a risk on this company.

Very dishonest and purposefully vague communication Company does not value employees which is evident in day to day operations and policies Focus is entirely on productivity and money, not providing good or safe patient care Nurses are used, abused and over worked yet have the bulk of the responsibility and paid per visit less then most other clinicians Very poor management from clinical managers all the way up to corporate - there is no real development and training for employees promoted into management positions provided by this company Attitude displayed toward staff comes from the top down, and staff is not valued There is absolutely no caring or understanding for employees which are any companies most valuable asset period Unrealistic expectations placed on field staff and when those expectations can’t be met threats are held over clinicians No true and consistsnt leadership provided This company has trouble following their own policies
