      Pros

      At first this was a great job, fair overall. At first I got paid premium to work every weekend with a manageable schedule. But then it all changed.

      Cons

      Employer decided to increase required "productivity." Began treatment my position as a regular full time position, which it is not. It is a Baylor position. Now I am working more hours than I am paid for with no increase in pay. I go all day with no breaks, and they get away with this because I am "exempt" even though I am hands on clinician.

      The salary isn't too bad

      Cons

      I would not recommend a career with this company. The upper management only cares about the bottom dollar. They are very strict and put a lot of unfair pressure on the staff. They recently paid a law suit, out of pocket for cheating nurses out of overtime. They will do whatever it takes to succeed no matter what it does to their employees. There is no consideration for people's personal life's, if you like to eat, breath and live your job than this is the place for you. Otherwise STAY AWAY!!

      Working with the patients in their homes.

      Cons

      Management never keeps their word. Corporate greediness. I worked for my money, then I had to fight for it each payday. Never out on time because of late admits. fight for time off that you have already earned.
