Pay is good and the job itself was rewarding

Cons

company does not care about it's people and will find a way to get rid of an employee if they speak out about toxic work environment or point out wrong doings within the company such as violating veterans with disabilities rights. They care only about their bottom line and nothing more.

Almost none, perhaps a somewhat good salary

Cons

So many useless managers doing unnecessary micro management. A simplest thing to resolve takes forever and you have to go to the top for every small issue. The culture is non-existent, people are leaving in droves. A very high turn-over on programs' side, but also in corporate. No one cares about employees who are carrying this company on their shoulders. People are afraid for their jobs as the company is always looking for new way to cut cost, so throwing under the bus becomes a norm. A recent merger with PAE was done horribly with many good and capable legacy PAE people leaving.

Pay is great and benefits would be nice if they let you use them.

Cons

HR puts your concerns on the back burner. PTO was never fixed. Plan on working a minimum of 45 hours a week and weekends if you are salary. They expect you to work 24/7. Don’t plan on having a life if you choose to work here.
