      Pros

      -Flexible work schedule -Travel benefits -benefits on the travel industry -able to get more time off or have that freedom

      Cons

      -Overworked and underpaid -counters are always short staffed have to do the work of 10 people and get the brunt of passengers for being so short staffed -never rewarded for the good things you do for the passengers, only the worst and usually severe -lack of management support and lead agent support management doesn't even know how to use Sabre -majority of the time their is never any management to help -mandatory extensions -no breaks -high stress mostly caused by poor operations -everybody is their just for themselves -always reminded your job is on the line -not a good industry to work in -sometimes forced to work late at night and then come back very early

      - great benefits (travel, medical, etc) - work flexibility - great people to work with (very loyal & proud) - knowledgable workforce - best of the legacy carriers/ avoided backrupcy & supported stockholders

      Cons

      - unstable industry - continued bankrupcy risks - labor/ workforce unrest - not enough people to get the work done
