Pros

This was once a good company before the merger. This listed CEO Tosh is gone. We had 3 different ones in my 2 years. Extremely high turnover at the lower levels as well.

Cons

Asking for more and more daily, while offering less to their employees. For 2025 they have cut over 50hours of PTO from long time veteran employees. In office employees are paid more and treated better than the remote workers.

Pros

(Used to have) Long tenured employees with a small company work/life balance. The pay is actually really good though, assuming you don't get let go.

Cons

AAS was recently purchased and now has none of the things that made life good. Insane deadlines, do more with less, suspension of raises and 401k. Turned a small company into a corporate meat grinder.

Pros

Work from home Cool leaf

Cons

The pay is terrible in the door. They treat you with very little respect. Every Team Lead and adjuster either doesn't think you'll be there long enough to respect or doesn't feel you'll be around long anyway so there's no respect given. You'll be talked down to, and treated as I'd your are dumb for asking questions. They no longer offer breaks, you have to request them and that depends on the que volume. So don't plan on having breaks when you need/deserve them. The ringer for the incoming calls is genuinely triggering for anyone who might have startling issues. I believe they make it like this to force you to answer the call and not linger. Your only option is to turn you volume almost all the way off and it's still very prominent. The time off/PTO was recently changed and you aren't guaranteed to get the time you request or accrue the time in a way that allows you to take any real time off. You are tethered to your desk and cannot travel and work also. There are many cons and very few pros to this company as a whole.
