Pros

Work from home and pay is good.

Cons

First..The computer system they use to adjust claims (salesforce) is the worst screen by screen bs to adjust a claim. It wastes the adjusters time and the shops time. Salesforce is the main reason for hangups on long claims. Have EVERYTHING for the claim on a scroll screen like most other companies. Second…they don’t care about you at all…AT ALL. First month there the new CEO (bunny Steve Tosh) fired 80 claims adjusters. Third…written up by a very rude hateful woman the first week adjusting because it took wayyyy to long to enter parts for an Audi turbo claim because sales force is THEE WORST program to adjudicate claims…my first week adjusting. Your just a body filling a spot for them. Fourth..discipline the turds who ACTUALLY deserve it and promote the ones who ACTUALLY deserve it….GO WORK FOR ENDURANCE! They pay less but truly care for their employees and family needs.

Cons

The reduction of perks has been disappointing but what can you do? Business is business.

Shady Business Practices

Pros

Company doesn't have the total market for shady business practices, but they are actively looking to expand to be a market leader. They have a casual disregard for their customers, so that should help them generate as much profit as possible without having to worry about ethics or human decency. They also dispose of any employee that won't turn a blind eye to their immoral and often illegal business practices, so that should make sure their profits keep increasing.

Cons

The don't have the luxury of having enough customers to generate the revenue they need, but their celeberty endorsments whould help them fool more customers into believing they want to help them with their auto repairs. No legal department (out-sourced to CarShield), no marketing team (out-sourced to CarShield), and no local management (out-sourced to CarShield). I also heard they don't have a cybersecurity team, so I hope no one attempts to get a quick ransomware payday.
