Strange things are afoot at the circle K

Plenty of work to do, immediate team lead cares for us

Cons

Long term future seems shaky with the elimination of merit increases and the pausing of 401k’s being matched but requesting our job quality and work amount to be increased during peak season, not exactly the best way to increase morale

If you have no aspirations for security in employment or advancements financially with a dishonest employer, AAS will glady provide you with a blanket of insecurity and lack of respect for as long as you can tolerate it.

Cons

Nepotism. Stringent policies on time off. No opportunity for advancement, raises or bonuses. Big surprises coming in the next two quarters with regard to ownership, employment and finance that is going to leave a lot of people across all divisions wondering how they didn’t see it coming.
