Cons

Training is lacking they throw you to the wolves and if you can't get the hang of it in your first week they let you go they nit pick your claims you get into trouble if you don't score 100% on their review which no one ever gets and management has their head in the clouds

At this time I have none

Cons

Company does not put their members first. Claims constantly delayed due to adjuster not working in timely matter. Something that should take less than 5 hrs to review so customer can get vehicle fix same day takes weeks.

fair but deceptive

great pay and benefits and decent hours. got to work from home.

Cons

incredibly over worked. Much more work assigned than i bargained for. Tons of interruptions. Was told i would get 4-5 new jobs a day, but i got 8-10. When i was working on 40 claims at once, i begged to be taken out of the new claims queue so i could catch up. was told to bring it up again when i got to 60. i left with 72 claims waiting for resolution with no time for any of them. They laid off me and 35 other in a sperate department from mine. that department was constantly offering VTO. But my department was swamped. Several of the guys in my training class quit before graduating from training, saying ' this job was not what i was told it would be" when they went thru recruiting.
