Was an CSR FOR 5 months then i Applied and Was offered a TL position then was called after work hours later that all positions that was offered are being rescinded due to numbers of staff with not enough work. . Was advised by upper management that he Would get me a pay increase and look at changing my position to a “ TL support position” until the actually TL position was available for hire again once numbers sped up. Never heard anything, then i was randomly laid off. Not sure why someone that had passing QAs for months then was going to be promoted to TL was laid off. Still don’t understand! They offered VTO for over a month and still Laid off. Was pulled in a teams meeting and never got a great explanation as to why and how they chose who was getting laid off.Upper management showed no concern when she told us, literally said it was our last day and removed herself from the meeting. Did not allow Us to ask questions, advised us to reach out to someone else in email, and that person doesn’t respond to any emails.

High level of Micromanagement. Loosed Training High Employee Turnover(except you love a company where co-workers don't stay for long)
