Great atmosphere. Great Team. Great Work life balance. I would recommend this company, as we are growing.

Cons

Compensation not the best for some positions. It would be best to allow upper management at these properties to make more money.

Decent pay, great benefits, free on-site apartment.

Cons

Salary could be better but they compensate with a free apartment. Working "turn" is not fun at all. You work 12-16 hours a day in August with no days off for a month.

At the location I worked at there were a ton of amenities with a state of the art facility. Great environment to give students a home away from home.

Cons

As a staff member there were new changes on a weekly basis, it seems as though our job description was growing by the day.
