Pros

Benefits were above-average, vacation was plentiful at 3 weeks from day one. I wish I could offer more pros, but that was what kept me there longer than I needed to be.

Cons

Management was confused and incompetent. Micromanaging high. Motivation low. People that worked there were nice but deflated by ridiculous demands & high turnover. Management were not helpful but rather hindered the advancement of very talented people. Competition to do well, but not rewarded. Was embarrassed to work there due to reputation of ED. Creepy, quiet atmosphere. Not really a place that aids the public much but is money-driven. Poorly managed.

Pros

The benefits here are decent. Good vacation time, good insurance, etc. Great people to work with in the local offices

Cons

Organization is run from the top down. Tons of micro managing. No room for advancement. If working for the ADA be prepared to "be thrown under the bus" at any moment.
