Pros

Fully remote organization Great people who believe in the mission. Teamwork is real - everyone is eager to pitch in where they can rather than pass the buck. Free to be you, no judgement zone culture. Opinions count and are expressed freely from what I've experienced. Down to earth, approachable leaders who listen and act. Example: people asked for more schedule flexibility in summer. Leaders set productivity goal, we hit it, got 1/2 days on Fridays in July.

Cons

Salary, perks, and retirement plan don't knock your socks off, but not half bad considering it's non-profit and the WFH benny.
