Pay is not competitive to the market. If you can find something better, i.e. their competitors, then absolutely do it. They push ‘culture’ like no other, but have none when you look around. The management is so far out of touch, that they wonder why this pit of despair keeps getting deeper. Like everyone else has said, they have no long-term vision for the organization, thus putting themselves behind every quarter. They will cut whomever who falls out of the “vision” (if you call it that) instead of repositioning.
