      Pros

      The benefits are great, and the customers are fantastic. The direct team, excluding management, is also excellent.

      Cons

      Management is clueless and clueless about anything. They don’t understand their job and all they do is send long emails, schedule meetings to stay updated, and show that they’re needed. It’s a joke. People who have been there for over 20 years have to go. They resist change and are a hindrance to the company’s overall success. Bill, please pay attention to these employees.

      They are a stable employer with good benefits.

      Cons

      Current structure highly limits growth opportunities. Further, many of the new leaders being brought in are worsening the overall culture. They make it toxic at times.

      -Nepotism -No hybrid work option -Despite leadership proclamation that company is innovative and invested in R&D, the budget for this is essentially zero, no real direct involvement in R&D projects -Generation engineering significantly understaffed to deal with volume of work and pending retirements from aging workforce -Senior leadership not going to bat for director level engineers to promote to new job classification
