Pros

Work at home flexibility for some positions. Excellent communication between immediate supervisor and a team oriented environment. The schedule flflexibility allows more family time than previous work at home positions. However, the company expects your dedication and focus when on the clock. Which is not a problem if you prepare your family and keep to your schedule.

Cons

Policies change but that happens anywhere. Remote can make it difficult to connect with other depts.
