Flexible schedule, Great benefits, Direct management were great and provided consistent feedback and support.

Cons

Almost yearly restructures within IT made it practically impossible to pursue professional development goals. There really did seem to be no clear sense of purpose or direction coming from the top, and with regular layoffs every 6 months or so it became apparent that this wasn't purely conjecture. Inconsistent mandates regarding use of "flavor of the week" technologies made it impossible to upskill.
