Good pay, and seems economically stable-ish. GREAT coworkers. Immediate managers are responsive and understanding, which is important for success within a team. Work-life balance is sustainable. EXCELLENT benefits.

Cons

Long term plans are very scattered with no clear vision, delegation of responsibilities, or ownership from upper leaders. Almost all innovations and tech-debt cleanup are pushed from the bottom up as grassroots initiatives, despite talk from the top stating that these endeavors are supported.

- Non-competitive pay - Benefits such as "flex days" and work from home stripped away - Excessive bureaucracy often slows down development - Software policy hinders innovation and slows down development - IT can and will uninstall software from your work computer without warning, even software that was once approved and in the software center. Guess what this does to development times
