Flexible, great benefits, usually feels like upper management cares, attempts transparency and communication.
Cons
Lately it's been hard to trust upper management due to walking back promises made about working from home. Previously it was stated that the company was committed to allowing employees to choose what fit best for them (fully remote, hybrid, or fully office) and this message was maintained until almost 2 months ago when it was suddenly announced that anyone within 50 miles of an office must come in to the office 2.5 days per week. While somewhat understandable when considering what is best for the company as well as employees, the issue is with how short notice it was. There wasn't enough notice given to allow for preparation, such as child care, buying a second car, reassessing finances to allow for increased commute expenses, etc.
