Management Can't Agree

Pros

Great amount of vacation and holidays.

Cons

The Chairman needs to be removed. The chaos that ensues from his personal opinions causes waves of problems and is offensive. Management does not work together to create a clear direction of the company so while the lower level teams work well together they often feel like they are getting conflicting direction from their leaders. They also do not always support the things they sell such as diversity and inclusion but have many unchecked micro-aggressions occurring to their staff.
