Thank you for your long-term commitment and valuable feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoy the challenging work, support, and benefits. We want to clarify that Community Counselors set their own hours, and hosting an au pair is not a regular responsibility. However, it is outlined in the job description as a requirement in specific situations, such as emergencies or when a host family is unable to provide accommodations. We understand your concerns about being on call and advancement opportunities, and we’ll take them into account as we continue to evolve.
