Thank you for your feedback! Unfortunately at the new office we are not as close to public transportation but we do have shuttles set up and hopefully the new office with all it's amenities helps to make up for it!

Pros

The programs are life-changing and many people in the company live and breathe cultural exchange. It is full of passionate people who love their work. The company is very pro-employee and provides great work-life balance.

Cons

Personally, I see no "cons." In many positions people wear multiple hats. For some people who are looking for a cut and dry job, this may be a con.

Thank you for your feedback! In the last year we have brought on a program of sending new managers to AMA training to give them support in their transition to management. Normally their managers are responsible for additional training. Although we would not expect to shut down an entire team/department on a daily basis for lunch managers do have the ability to have lunch with their whole team at their discretion as long as the work is covered. Some phone heavy departments may experience more difficulty in this area. Regarding salary we tend to pay around market salaries and compensate additionally with great benefits like covering nearly 90% of aetna health insurance rates, employer provided short term disability and a company match on 401k. We invite all employees to utilize our open door policy and speak to HR while they are here to discuss any concerns or issues so we have the opportunity to try to address them. Best of luck in your new job!
