Too many unqualified people in management positions. Insurance was expensive for family with a $3000 deductible. Annual raises were low. Lucky if you received 2.9%.

This company is a complete joke on the infrastructure/network installer side. The project controller hires cable pullers and technicians with no experience and offer them 65/hr on scale pay for government sites. The Project Controller, Project Managers and multiple technicians that work on these sites are all buddies from High School or have met previously before working at this company. They show favoritism to these select few in many ways, anyone who is not related to them or has no prior affiliation with them is expendable and intimidated to do the work for the guys who are in this group of "special techs". The Project Managers decide which technicians they want on a site working for them and the Project Controller makes sure that all of his guys are always working and always on the high value sites. If you do not know one of these guys then your chance of being on a site that makes scale pay is slim to none, they make sure that they send guys that refuse to be intimidated by them to sites where they make base pay. They also steal the scrap cable that is not being used on these government sites and recycle it for cash that they use for lavish things in their personal lives.
