Contract work can be a con if company loses the contract, but they do work to reassign you if possible.

The company as a whole is great. There are a lot of opportunities to work on a multitude of different projects. However, in order to do that, you may have to relocate.

Cons

There is really no path for growth and development. It seems as though they put engineers in seats and forget about you. No mentoring, no feedback to determine progress. You basically just show up for work wherever you're located, do your job and go home. Some may find this a pro.

ESOP is a great mode of retirement planning. Insurance, etc. as expected. Time off is flexible

Cons

Time off is sometimes a bit too flexible. Federal Holidays are not guaranteed off. you will use PTO for this.
