Pros

Pay is great with plenty of room for advancement and fair opportunities for everyone as long as you’re a good worker. Benefits are decent but could be better. Most of the leads and supervisors I’ve dealt with are great and supportive.

Cons

The production floor is not climate controlled. Very uncomfortable during winter and summer. Upper management could be a little more supportive and helpful.
