The culture at American Woodmark has historically been very good. The company has grown so much since I started only 6 years ago, but we have been able to sustain the principles and values that attracted me to the company in the first place. There is a lot of room for growth if you are self-motivated and communicate your needs to your leadership team. One of the mantras of AW is continuous improvement and I can verify that we are always on the path to improvement. The senior leadership is very good about being introspective regarding the employees' perception of them and how they are leading the company. They are able to balance employee and customer needs with shareholder needs. Employee Purchase Program Tuition Reimbursement Benefits

Descent work life balance if you are an admin.

Cons

They tout a great culture, but in reality it's politics as usual. Lots of favoritism . Stay away from corporate! Bunch of wolves in sheeps clothing there.
