Pros

The culture. It's all about the great culture, and it is taken seriously. Caring is preached and practiced.

Cons

Maybe a downside for many is that most of the locations are in isolated rural areas.

Pros

Working from a home office with the chance to grow your business in your geographic area. Minimally supervised, so you run your business as you see fit. Bonus available by meeting sales goals

Cons

Not much room for growth and raises are very slim. Not meeting sales goals will keep you stagnant in your position.
