      You get a raise every 90 days and a yearly cost of living raise plus quarterly bonuses.

      Poor communication and management within the whole factory.

      Pros

      Always busy and on your toes. Good corporation and everybody there has eachothers back with safety to just being kind. All supervisors are excellent.

      Cons

      Challenge isnt the word it wage. Striving for better salary to where im not working paycheck to paycheck hoping to get a full 8 hours in a day.
