Pros

American Woodmark attracts employees that truly care, not only about the company, but more importantly about each other. The company stands by its core values, never turning a blind eye, caring just as much about how things get done as what gets done.

Cons

Not a lot to say in the cons. Sometimes our locations can be a challenge, but at the same time, our locations provide a great place to raise families and have a balanced lifestyle.

The hourly employees are great. They are helpful and work very hard to produce a good product.

Cons

Upper level management does not make business decisions on the best interest of company or employees. It is a constant war zone.
