Management is horrible. They belittle & delegate all of their work while they sit & visit with HR companies trying to win business. Admin doesn't help, critiques everything yet isn't even a registered or licensed nurse & goes on call but yet needs a nurse to do everything.......(monthly money...) after crazy non help & favoritism I told a supervisor .. higher ups made aware & I was written up. Speak up & get written up. I was told what I was seeing in everyday operations was my perspective & it wasn't accurate...yet was told on daily basis that Their ( yours & mine or a residents) perspective is their reality and we need to remember that. So... how again is my perspective not reality?! Ooh bc you don't care...... push people under the bus, excessive hours (80 plus) & no consideration. This company is a JOKE!
