There are different pay rates according to haw many hours the client has you work. There is always a chance to loose your clients. They don't take medicare so clients have to pay out of pocket so you are very likely to loose clients when they cant afford it.

If you are not proud of your education and want to work in a facility where the administrator values ALL employees above her nurses, brags in orientation about her lack of education and has no clue about nursing process then this meets your needs. On the other hand if you want a nursing job where you are valued and your skills are trusted, where you are treated with respect and have administrative backing, then don't waste your time even applying here, you won't be happy. There is NO job security here. In five years of employment I saw many wonderful nurses leave this facility bruised, battered and broken emotionally, from this employer. Also in five years I felt my job was in jeopardy everyday due to administrative mood swings.
