The mission of the organization is amazing. The staff is very welcoming. HR does ask for feedback.

Cons

Terrible pay. Can see the gap between the executive team and the rest of the company. Horrible management. Some positions have zero work life balance.

-Seems to now be moving in a good direction under Christine

Cons

-This is a fundraising org that does programming as an afterthought -Extremely little financial accountability for donor spending, 990s are a joke -HR was run by one of the most unpleasant people in the world -No idea what the COO does/did -I like Christine, but a global health organization shouldn't have a fundraiser as a CEO

AmeriCares is filled with intelligent, and compassionate people. HR always provided devoted and considerate support for their personnel home and abroad.

Cons

Employees are given significant responsibilities coupled with support from management. Those not prepared to work should not pursue this organization.
