Pros
They pay on time. The work is great exercise! Don't need to worry about the AC in the summer.
Cons
It's -10f all the time. Equipment breaks down at the worst time, every time. Lack of time for family. Poor management of people and time. Stressful micro management and performance tracking based on unrealistic timing. Problems are addressed too little too late. People die either on the job, or from heart attacks thinking about the job. Don't expect to live over 60.
