They will hire anyone and throw them on a lift , work release is O.K. , but they don't tell you if violent offenders are working with you.( they say they run background checks but lots of felons have worked here for years). its a very old building, old equipment , worn out fork lifts and doors, angry " mean" Local management .. ridiculous goals and no rewards, favoritism of certain crew , and a severe shift rivalry . poor wages for this area ....... not sure how some of they guys have kept their job for 10 years ?" teachers pets " very very high turnover rate.

The hours were grueling (from 4pm-2am sometimes 3:30am), the laborious work did not match the pay rate, and there was very little breaks. Lunch was only a half hour for 10-hour shifts for crying out loud! Very minimal contact with peers; disliked that tremendously. Performance based work that will only advance you if you meet their demands with orders which was an overkill at times.
