Pros

The only pro of working at this company is the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Cons: EVERYTHING The supervisors micromanage you every second of the day and ask you in meetings what you plan to do for the day but they should already know as you’re assigned specific creditors and they have access to time doctor too. They get upset if you take a day off even if it’s an emergency meaning they do not care about your health whatsoever they just care about the money. Upper management gives you these unrealistic tier goals making it impossible to not reach tier 5 which is the highest tier for your commission. My co workers and I can barely get to tier 1 and Tier 2 and I truly believe they’re doing this on purpose because they aren’t doing well financially as a company. $18/hour is having all of us struggle to pay our bills, we should be getting a higher wage! They claim that we are a family but if this is how they treat their real families outside of work then I feel bad for their loved ones. I want upper management to deal with these creditors that we deal with everyday to see how tough it is because they claim the accounts we work on should all be settled because they did their “research” but majority of these accounts can’t be settled and at this point they’re just laughing in our faces and they probably want us all to quit; speaking of that, this company has such a high turnover rate that they let go of seasoned workers and bring in new people who they have to train fresh which makes no sense at all! It’s all just a big scam, my friends that are debt consultants have told me that they have to lie to the client to get them to enroll in the program and that just seems so sketchy because if your product is that good you wouldn’t have to bend the truth, the client would just believe in the program. Do not apply to this company and if you do BEWARE and good luck.

Pros

- From day one, everyone has been welcoming and eager to help. And extremely supportive! - Plenty of opportunities for professional development (modern stack, workshops) - Work-life balance (flexible working hours is a huge plus) - The management team is VERY approachable. - Work from home.

Cons

- While the workload can be demanding at times, it is generally very manageable and the support from the team helps to balance it out. - One area that could use improvement is the documentation. Lots of data without description.
