Pros

Occasional lunches and the company gives logo polo shirts.

Cons

The pay is way too low for what the management expects employees to produce. The Account Executives have far too many accounts.

Occasional work from home, flexible with hours to a degree, recently changed dress code from business casual to casual

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your time working at Ameriflex. We take this feedback very seriously, and are committed to ensuring we have an action plan in place to address these types of concerns as they arise. I’m happy to report that we have made several significant changes this year to address the staffing issue you mention, because we do acknowledge that acquiring and retaining the most talented people requires a commitment to delivering the resources and support they need to do their jobs well, and provide exceptional service to our clients. These changes include refocusing our recruiting efforts leading up to our busiest time of the year, to make sure our frontline teams have adequate back-up; and, notably, a revamped training program that will ensure that every team member is well-equipped right off the bat to be an active contributor to the team, based on what is demanded of their role. Once again, thank you for your feedback. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. Sincerely, Bart McCollum President, Chief Operating Officer Ameriflex

Pros

Exciting and challenging opportunity as an Account Executive

Cons

Was considered that top Account Executive and was given all failing accounts to turn around but was never recognized for saving accounts. Instead those employees that did not work were recognized.
