Great CEO and CFO, if sleeping or listening to snoring is your thing then this is your dream company.

Cons

Mediocracy and bad performance is rewarded while high skillset and high performance is being punished. Company is trying to become a software service provider but lack IT, infrastructure or talent to do so.

It was certainly a job where I was employed and paid for the work I did

Cons

There were incentives for meeting certain service level agreements however the highest incentives were during the busiest time of the year. In order to receive those incentives, however, you were expected to work 12-16 hour days. I asked an employee who had been there for a long time if he had ever received the highest bonus and he informed me had never received in the many years he'd been there.
