First of all I would like to thank you for your feedback. Hearing from our employees, past and present, is something we really value here at Ameriflex and it is through such feedback, both positive and negative, that we are able to make the necessary changes to allow our company to keep growing and moving in a positive direction. I would like to assure you that making our company a safe, positive and encouraging environment for our employees is not only one of our core values, but is something we are dedicated to constantly improving. Our employees are our most valuable asset and we want them to always feel they are treated with respect and honesty. We also want them to feel as though they have the full support of management and are given the tools they need to be successful. It is with this in mind that we have implemented a new training program for all new hires. We also have an employee recognition/rewards program that recognizes the hard work of our employees and offers financial incentives for that hard work as well as a tuition reimbursement program for employees who want to go back to school and receive training that will help them advance in the company.
