Pros

I had some reservations when starting due to prior year's reviews I had read but my experience has been fantastic. I can tell they have put tremendous effort into the overall company, from working with outside clients to how employees are treated. The training process has been great. Management and coworkers are all extremely helpful. It's a great environment overall.

Cons

My hdml cables weren't included in my equipment shipment. I'm teasing because really there haven't been any cons. They made the entire process of setting up for remote work very doable and it's been great.

Great environment with friendly management that is willing to hear issues and feedback.

Cons

Low pay for amount of work asked. Not a lot of upward mobility in department as of this moment, changes are promised but are months or years out from realization.
