-The hiring process is quick once they decide you are a good fit for the company. -Wages are competitive. -Benefits are competitive & Ameriflex works to keep insurance premiums low. -Collaborative culture, no joke. Every company says that they have a collaborative culture, but Ameriflex actually walks the walk! -Big on team engagement & career development!

Cons

-Market & product changes means that just when you think I know something, there is always something else to learn. (BUT, this keeps you on your toes and keeps you from getting stuck in a rut!)

Nice and helpful coworkers .

Cons

The pay is so low and not worth the amount of work and daily nonsense. The training was unorganized & rushed. The schedules were last minute & horrible communication between new hires, leads & management. I truly don’t understand how people have spent YEARS in this role/ department.

I absolutely loved the entire onboarding process, the training is very professional and organized. You will be rewarded quickly for all of the effort you put in here. Nice and respectful culture, great staff, and a lot of positive reinforcement. You will always have all the help and guidance you need here. They are transparent and honest with their intentions. The company also invests a lot of time in effort with all the high end programs they give us to use to help us be successful.

Cons

There is a lot to learn and it can feel overwhelming but you will get the hang of it and they won't throw you to the wolves don't worry.
