Great interview experience with recruiter and hiring managers. I was told I would hear something back by the next week and received my offer letter the next day. The company culture is very friendly and inviting. Growth opportunities are available and management wants that for you also.

Our sales leader is one of the best LEADERS I have ever had the privilege to work with. He has a gift to get the best out of each individual seller and manage their uniqueness. CEO is a visionary and always looks for a better way for our participants, employer groups and broker partners. He never loses sight of how important the EXPERIENCE is. Great colleagues that I have the pleasure of working alongside every day

Cons

As with any growing organization, it puts pressure on our internal resources(accounting, marketing etc). Not necessarily a CON specific to Ameriflex as every organization that experiences significant growth, has these challenges.
