Good benefits and little else

Incredible benefits including cheap and comprehensive healthcare (+vision and dental) as well as perks such as credit monitoring, legal aid, HRA/FSA options, life insurance, FMLA, etc that you pay probably no more than $45-50 for every paycheck. Can’t beat it. Laid back environment to where, if you get your work done there’s free time to work on self improvement.

Cons

Little to no upward mobility. Non transparent relationships with upper management. Siloed environment with little contact with teams outside of your job function.
